Summary
This document explains how to fix the “Merge Pending” status of the Candidates in RBox database.
The automatic merging of the candidate database may get temporarily disabled in cases where candidate resumes are manually updated by users. When automatic merging is disabled then the “Unmerged” icon appears next to candidates in the ‘Candidates->Added’ list view as shown in the screenshot below:
Below given are some steps describing about how to fix the merge pending status of the Candidate in the database.
1. Launch the Adv. Candidate Manager tool from the Modules menu given in the Appbar and select Public Candidate Pool.
2. The Adv. Candidate Manager will show you Candidate’s list in the Inbox list view. Click on the ‘Public Folders’ node from Navigator.
3. In the Public Folders list view displayed on the right, click on the Tools menu.
4. In the Tools menu, click on ‘Merge Unmerged Resumes’ action.
Now the merging process will start. Once completed, it will show a confirmation message. Click OK on the confirmation dialog. In this way, all the Unmerged candidates will be seen as merged successfully in Added List in Workbench.
