RBox enables you to include your company branding to be automatically inserted in resumes when forwarding candidates.
You can specify your company logo, company name, tagline, contact details etc. in the header and footer sections.
At any time you can also disable insertion of the header and footer content from the System Configuration module.
Common Tasks

1. Enable insertion of company logo in resume header
To enable automatic insertion of company logo in the resume header for forwarding your candidates, you need to use the Branding feature available in System Settings under System Configuration in the Product. Follow these steps to configure the feature:
- Point to Configuration menu and click on System Configuration.
- In the 'System Configuration' Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Branding' data view.
- On the right pane, the Company Header and Footer configuration page will come up.
- Tick the ‘Enable Header’ checkbox.
If you want to set a scanned image file of your logo as the header, - Select the 'Image File' radio button.
- Now click on the ‘Choose File’ button given next to ‘Image File’ option and select the scanned logo image file from the location where you've saved it.
- Set the 'Alignment' & 'Border' settings as desired.
If you want to set a text-based logo as the header,
- Select radio button given with 'Text' option and type the logo text in the textbox provided next to it.
- Select the desired font, size, color, style etc.
- Set the 'Alignment' & 'Border' settings as desired.
- Click 'Save' to save your settings.
2. Enable insertion of content in resume footer
To enable automatic insertion of information such as company contact details etc. in the resume footer for forwarding your candidates, you need to use the Branding feature available in System Settings under System Configuration in the Product. Follow these steps to configure the feature:
- Point to Configuration menu and click on System Configuration.
- In the 'System Configuration' Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Branding' data view.
- On the right pane, the Company Header and Footer configuration page will come up.
- Tick the ‘Enable Footer’ checkbox.
If you want to set a scanned image file of your logo as the Header,
- Select the 'Image File' radio button.
- Now click on the ‘Choose File’ button given next to ‘Image File’ option and select the scanned logo image file from the location where you've saved it.
- Set the 'Alignment' & 'Border' settings as desired.
If you want to set a text-based logo as the Footer,
- Select radio button given with 'Text' option and type the logo text in the textbox provided next to it.

- Set the 'Alignment' & 'Border' settings as desired.
- Click 'Save' to save your settings.
3. Disable Resume Header/Footer
You can disable the resume header/footer information specified for forwarding your candidates at any time from the Branding feature available in System Settings under System Configuration. Follow these steps:
- Point to Configuration menu and click on System Configuration.
- In the 'System Configuration' Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Branding' data view.
- On the right pane, the Company Header and Footer configuration page will come up.
- De-select the checkbox given with 'Enable Header' and ‘Enable Footer’ options to disable the existing header/footer information.
- Click 'Save' to save your settings.
