Using RBox Mobile App
Mobile App of RBox is a powerful add-on to your RBox implementation which allows users to know the latest status of their work and work on their Candidates, and Contacts when on the move or away from their desk. It provides complete communication functionality with tools to Call, SMS and Email Candidates and Contacts. Additionally, it gives you the quickest tool to add new prospects to your process.
Key functionalities provided by the app are:
1. Access up to date Candidate Status
You can view Full Candidate and Contact status including communication from the mobile app and see an up to date information on them. Use the Upcoming tasks widget on the Dashboard to know your upcoming tasks.
a. Dashboard
The first page that opens when logging into the application is your Dashboard. Use the Dashboard to see your upcoming tasks and schedules on the go.
b. Candidate Status
i. Candidate List
To launch the Candidates list, click on the Main menu icon on the top left corner of your page and select Candidates. All your database Candidates are seen in this list. You can change the filter to view your Private or Lead candidates as well. Each candidate is displayed in the form of tiles with their contact summary.
On each of the Candidate tile, you would see a right arrow icon on the top right corner that opens the Candidate's Activity view sheet. The Candidate AV sheet by-default displays All activity's on the candidate. You can change the filter to Most Recent activity on the candidate as well.
ii. Candidate Activity View Sheet
The Candidate AV sheet displays all the actions and activity on the candidate. From the candidate's tile, click on the right arrow icon on the top right corner of the title to open the Candidate's Activity view sheet.
The Candidate's AV sheet displays tiles for the notes, tasks and emails exchanged with the candidate. Here is an example of the email exchanged with the candidate.
2. Communicate Anytime, Anywhere.
a. Call/ SMS/ Email actions - RBox Mobile App provides immediate access to full contact details of Candidates and Contacts. You can directly launch Call/ SMS/ Email from within the app. An Action band is displayed as the bottom band of every candidate and contact AV sheet.
For example, click on the call icon to launch the Make Call page. You can edit the candidate's phone number and save it or directly click on the Call icon to launch your phone's dial pad to make the call. Once you have made the call, enter a call log for it on your Make Call sheet which will be then saved as a Note on the candidate.
b. Communication tiles in AV - Candidate's list can be launched from the main menu. All candidates of your database can be seen here. Click on the Right arrow icon to launch the AV sheet of the candidate which displays all tasks, notes and communication done with the candidate.
Emails sent to the candidate can be seen here as well. Similarly, launch the Contact's list to view the contact AV sheet. Here is an example of an email sent to the candidate.
3. Full Work Management
a. Tasks List
Tasks list can be launched from the main menu. Tasks are displayed according to their due date with your overdue tasks on the top so as to grab your immediate attention and then as per date ranges.
b. Add/ Edit Task
To add a new task from the application, just click on the Plus icon in the top band to launch the New menu. Select Task from the menu to open the Add task sheet. Enter task details and even link the task with a candidate, contact etc. just like in the product and click on Save.
The task tile contains actions like Edit and Delete. Click on the Edit icon to launch the Edit Task form. Modify your task details as required and click on Save.
c. Notes List
Notes list can be launched from the main menu. Notes are displayed according to their earliest added date.
d. Add/ Edit Note
To add a new note from the application, just click on the Plus icon in the top band to launch the New menu. Select Note from the menu to open the Add Note sheet. Enter note details and even link the note with a candidate, contact etc. just like in the product and click on Save.
The note tile contains actions like Edit, Privacy and Delete. Change the Note's privacy from Public to Private or delete a note from here. Click on the Edit icon to launch the Edit Note form. Modify your note details as required and click on Save. For example, displayed here are notes added for a Candidate and Client.
4. Add/ Edit Candidates and Contacts
a. Add Candidate as Lead
To add a new candidate from the application, from the dashboard or Candidate's list, just click on the Plus icon in the top band to launch the New menu. Select Candidate from the menu to open the Add Candidate sheet. Enter candidate details and even set the candidate as Lead or Public candidate etc.
For example, displayed here is a new candidate added as a headhunting lead.
b. Add Contact as Lead
Similarly, to add a New Contact, from the dashboard or Contact's list, just click on the Plus icon in the top band to launch the New menu and select Contact. Enter the contact details and set the contact as a Lead or Current and Save.
