Cleaning up the PSAN Chrome Addin Download List – RBox

Summary
This document explains how to clear the list of candidates in the PSAN Chrome Addin Download list.

You may need to do this at times when you’re not able to use the ‘Delete’ option in the Adding to clear the list of downloaded candidates.

1. Process
Carry out the following steps to clear the list of candidates in the PSAN Chrome Addin Download list.

1.0 Click on the Addin icon and select the ‘Logout’ option.

1.1 This will now display the following dialog. Click the ‘OK’ button.

1.2 Now the following dialog will come up confirming that the user has been logged out. Click the ‘OK’ button.

1.3 Now click on the Addin icon and login again using your RBox account details.

To verify that the download list has been cleared, once logged in, click on the ‘Save Profiles to Database’ option from the Addin. This will show the empty download list.
