Problem: Resume Transfer from Job Boards is getting stuck

Symptoms

• When saving candidates from the download list to Talenture RS, the process does not complete and the “processing” animation keeps getting displayed.
• When you try clearing the download list by using the ‘Delete’ option on all candidates in the download list, the process does not complete and the “processing” animation keeps getting displayed.

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause 1: Talenture RS is not able to save/clear the download list and therefore saving or clearing the existing list of candidates fails.
  
  Solution: Forcefully clear the download list. Please refer to the document Cleaning up the PSAN Chrome Addin Download List to learn how to do this.
