Changing Payment Frequency

Talenture's paid subscription offers two types of Billing cycle, Monthly and Yearly. When the user is upgrading from a Trial version to a Paid version, billing cycle can be chosen.

Launch the Application Console from the product, goto the Subscription Details node and Click on the Change Frequency hyperlink on the sheet. In the Change Billing cycle dialog, your current cycle and the New Cycle option is displayed.

You can only change your billing cycle in the last 15 days of your paid subscription or within 30 days of your expired cycle. When changing the billing frequency, you would be charged for one cycle at a time. The billing amount would be calculated according to your current edition and the number of licenses you have purchased. 

Once your paid cycle is ended, you won't be able to use the product. When Logging in, you would be redirected to the Application Console where you can Renew your subscription from the 'Renew Now' action. During this time, you can also change your billing cycle and other subscription parameters and then Renew your subscription.
