Changing Product Edition

Talenture's Change Edition option allows you to change the product edition while upgrading from trial to paid, during your paid cycle and during the expired window.

Launch the Application Console from the product, goto the Subscription Details node and Click on the Change Edition hyperlink on the sheet. In the Change Edition dialog, your Current Edition and the New Edition drop down is displayed.

You can choose the edition you wish to purchase while upgrading from trial to paid along with other subscription parameters. You can also upgrade your edition anytime during your paid subscription period and you would be asked to pay for the difference amount in both. Note that doing this, would reset all your user permissions and delete all your custom user roles.

You also have the liberty to downgrade to a lower edition but note that if you choose to  downgrade the edition during your paid cycle, no refunds will be made. 

Once your paid cycle is ended, you won't be able to use the product. When Logging in, you would be redirected to the Application Console where you can Renew your subscription from the 'Renew Now' action. During this time, you can also change your edition and other subscription parameters and then Renew your subscription.
