RBox automatically parses key candidate details such as name & contact details using artificial intelligence based on keywords in resumes.
Due to this sometimes it may wrongly parse certain common phrases or words as the candidate name, email-id or telephone numbers. You can specify such phrases and words as skip strings that are to be ignored by the parser.
