Problem: How to Verify if the Google Chrome Browser is Fully Updated?

Symptoms

• In order to function properly RBox requires your Chrome browser to be updated to the latest version. In case your Chrome browser is out-of-date you need to update it to the latest version.

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause: You may experience problems in using RBox in case you are not running the latest version of Chrome browser.
  

  1. Depending on the current version of Google Chrome on your computer, to view the ‘About’ page, click the menu icon near the top right corner of the Chrome window (just below the X button that closes the window). In older versions of Chrome, select ‘Help->About Google Chrome’ in the menu.

  2. In the ‘About’ page check if it displays the line “Google Chrome is up to date” above the version number as shown below.
     
     
     
     In case this is not shown, your Chrome browser is not updated.
