Possible Causes & Solutions
- Cause: Chrome browser is set to remember the last page you opened in a previous session and to open it automatically whenever you launch the browser.

- In Chrome browser click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right-hand corner and select the ‘More Settings’ option as shown below:
- In the page that comes up, click the option “Manage on startup pages” from the ‘On startup’ section as shown in screenshot below:
- In the ‘Manage on startup pages’ page, make sure the option ‘Open the New Tab page’ is selected as shown in the screenshot below:
- Close Chrome and then launch a fresh Chrome window and login to RBox.

More Information
If the option ‘Continue where you left off’ is enabled in Chrome browser, RBox may not function properly and go into a stuck/hanging state. This is because this option causes Chrome to resume an earlier session of Chrome which will not have the proper state for RBox to function correctly.
You then need to perform the actions listed in the Causes & Solutions section above to fix the problem.
