- When you click on the ‘Submit’ button in the RBox login page it remains on the same page.
- After submitting your login details the opening page of RBox comes up but only the top section is visible and the Notification Area shows “Fetching data…”.

Possible Causes & Solutions
- Cause: The browsing history cache of Google Chrome browser needs to be cleared.
Solution: Clear the browsing history cache of Google Chrome Browser and then re-login into RBox. Please refer to the document How to Clear History of Chrome Browser to learn how to do this.

You may face issues in starting a RBox session if the browsing history cache of Google Chrome Browser has grown too big. In such cases you need to first clear the entries from the browsing cache.
You then need to perform the actions listed in the Causes & Solutions section above to fix the problem. It is recommended that you clear the browsing history at least once every alternate day.
