Problem: Candidate Search using text based conditions does not show all matching candidates

Symptoms

• When you apply a search in the Candidate Search Tool, you see a warning dialog saying that all matching candidates may not be shown in the result.

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause: The Fast Find metadata used by RBox for applying searches is corrupt.
  
  Solution: Please raise a support ticket for the Platina Support Team for this issue, who will then resolve this from the back-end.

When the back-end Fast Find metadata used for locating candidates is out-of-date or corrupted you may see the warning described in the Symptoms section. 

You then need to perform the actions listed in the Causes & Solutions section above to fix the problem.
