The Email Data Viewers tool allows you to monitor email sent and received via System Email Accounts in RBox. You can use it to diagnose any issues with such email.
To launch the Email Data Viewer, point to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Email Data Viewers'. Then from the 'Select Email Data Type' dialog, select the email data type to view.
The following types of Email Data Views are available:
Messages Transferred from Microsoft Outlook by You
This view allows monitoring of messages transferred from MS Outlook by the currently logged on user via the PSAN Outlook Addin.
The Processed Messages folder in this view shows messages which have already been processed for resume content. This folder further includes the following sub-folders to enable easy tracking of the status of messages which have been processed for resume content:
- Candidate Created: All messages from which candidates got created successfully are moved to this folder.
- Candidate Not Created: Messages in which resume content was not detected are moved to this folder.
- Problem Messages: Messages on which resume processing encountered errors/failures are moved into this folder.
When new messages are processed for resume parsing, they get redirected to one of these folders depending on the outcome of their parsing process.
The MS Outlook Messages folder will display the pending messages to be processed.
You can use the Problem Messages folder to diagnose issues with messages for which processing has failed.
Messages Forwarded to ResumeInbox by You
Use this view to monitor messages that forwarded the currently logged on user to the ResumeInbox from external email applications.
Here again you can use the Problem Messages folder for diagnosing issues with messages on which processing failed, view messages pending to be processed in the Inbox etc.
Mass Mail Messages Sent by You
This view allows tracking of the mass mail messages generated from your user id.
The Sent folder will show messages that have already been sent while the Outbox folder shows generated messages pending to be sent.
