You can view and manage your current and lead contacts from Business Relationships views in the main Workbench.
You can perform following actions:
- View leads and current contacts
- Convert leads to current contacts
- Disable/enable contacts: for e.g. if you’re not collaborating with a specific contact, you can disable it temporarily.
Delete contacts: You can also permanently remove contacts from RBox. This is controlled via permissions configured by the administrative user.

1. View list of all contacts
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Contacts' under it and click on 'Leads' or 'Current'. The list of contacts will be shown in the right-pane.
2. Link a contact to a client
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Contact' under it and click on 'Current'.
- From list pane click the contact name for whom to make this setting
- In detail page of the contact, from the 'Organization' drop-down, under the 'Clients' category, select the client company for which you want to set this person as a contact.
- Click 'Update'.
3. Link a contact to a vendor
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Contact' under it and click on 'Current'.
- From list pane click the contact name for whom to make this setting
- In detail page of the contact, from the 'Organization' drop-down, under the 'Vendors' category, select the vendor company for which you want to set this person as a contact.
- Click 'Update'.
4. Convert a lead to a current contact
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Contacts' under it and click on 'Leads'.
- In the list of contacts in the right-pane click on the contact to convert. The detail page of the contact will come up.
- Click on the 'Type' drop-down and select 'Current'.
- Click on 'Update' to save the changes.
5. Disabling a contact
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Contacts' under it and click on 'Leads' or 'Current'.
- In the list of contacts in the right-pane click on the contacts to disable. The detail page of the contact will come up.
- Click on the 'Status' drop-down and select 'Disabled'.
- Click on 'Update' to save the changes.
6. Deleting a contact
- In main Workbench, expand 'Business Relationships' data folder, expand 'Contact' under it and click on 'Leads' or 'Current'.
- In the list of contacts in the right-pane tick next to the contact to delete.
- Point to the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete'.
- Click 'OK' to confirm.
