A Client object stores details of the organization from whom job requirements (JDs) are received. You can store basic information about a client including:
- Company name
- Type of client
- Candidate submittal options for the client
- Office Locations
- Invoicing options
- Files related to the clients such as company profile document, contractual documents etc.
In RBox, a new Job is created by linking it to a specific Client. All work on the Job is then managed in the context of the selected client.
You need to use the Contacts object to store details related of contact persons at the client companies such as HR team members etc. who act as your points-of-contact for job requirements.
Communication with Clients is done via the Contacts that you link with clients. This is done via the ‘New’ -> Contacts option from the mega menu.
