- Cause: The browsing history cache of Google Chrome browser needs to be cleared.
Solution: Clear the browsing history cache of Google Chrome Browser and then re-login into RBox. Please refer to this article to learn how to do this: How to Clear History of Chrome Browser.
You may face issues in the main application User Interface (UI) of RBox if the browsing history cache of Google Chrome Browser has grown too big.
You then need to perform the actions listed in the Causes & Solutions section above to fix the problem. It is recommended that you clear the browsing history at least once every alternate day.
