- Using Microsoft Outlook
- Configuring an External Email Account in RBox
1.1 Integration via MS Outlook Addin
If you are using MS Outlook as your mail client, you can enable tracking of all your incoming and email communication using the TotalComm feature of RBox. RBox integrates with MS Outlook via the PSAN Outlook Add-in for tracking your incoming email.
The Outlook Add-in tracks all mail that you send to as well as receive from candidates and clients/vendors.
You can view all such tracked communications via the communication history icon provided next to candidate, clients etc. and also using the Communications module.

1.2 Configuring an external email account in RBox
If you’re not using MS Outlook and want to still track your email communications from your existing email account in RBox then you can configure the email account directly in RBox’s Email Client.
The Email Client Tool enables you to use specialized email accounts for recruitment from within the system. It is a fully functional Email Client supporting standards based SMTP and POP3/IMAP email accounts in which you can configure email accounts hosted on your own mail server or services such as Go Daddy, Gmail, Yahoo accounts etc. directly.
The Email Client Tool comes with integrated resume parsing – it automatically extracts and stores resumes received in email in the database.
All email sent to and received from candidates, clients, vendors etc. via the Email Client are automatically tracked via the Communications module.
Similar to the Outlook Addin scenario described earlier, you can view all such tracked communications via the communication history icon provided next to candidate, clients etc. and also using the Communications module.
You can also share the email account with multiple users in your team.
