The Files module allows users to store important files related to their recruitment work in different formats within the RBox system.
You can add files in popular text and image formats including MS-Word, Rich Text Format in the case of text and JPG, GIF etc. in the case of image files.
By default, the files that you add are saved in the Main system folder. You can create your own folders to organize your files for quick and efficient access.
Resume Data Files Folders
The Files module also contains diagnostic folders to monitor resume processing on disk files that you import into RBox using the 'Import Resumes from Desktop' option.
The following sub-folders are available under the Resume Data Files folder:
- Candidate Created: This folder contains files from which candidates were successfully created in RBox.
- Candidate Not Created: This folder contains files in which resume content was not detected.
- Problem Files: This folder files on which failures/errors occurred during resume processing.
- Unprocessed Files: This folder will contain sub-folders showing files on which resume processing was not yet started. This can happen if the resume import process gets interrupted midway due to a system failure, unexpected process failures, network issues etc.
Workbench Navigator View
You can view all of the files you've added in the Files module via the main Workbench Navigator using the 'Files' data view available in the Favorites data folder. This view shows an aggregated view of all your files existing in different folders in the Files module (excluding the system 'Resume Data Files' system folders).
