A Vendor object stores details of a placement/staffing vendors providing staffing services to your organization (in a Corporate/internal hiring scenario) or business associates partnering with staffing companies for providing recruitment services. For e.g. an Associate Company, Franchisee etc. You can store basic information about a vendor including:

• Company name
• Industry
• Type of vendor: lead or current
• Office Locations
• Files related to vendors such as profile document, contractual documents etc.

Vendor management can be used both in Corporate (internal hiring) as well as Placement editions of RBox. The features function in exactly in the same manner in both scenarios.

In the Corporate case, firms can enable their placement/RPO Vendors to securely participate in their internal recruitment process and track, monitor and share the platform with them.
