The Favorites data folder contains views for quickly accessing tools to track your work and important events in RBox. You can also customize it by adding additional data views that you most frequently use in RBox - enabling quick and easy access to them.
Use the 'Navigator Design Tool' for customizing the Favorites data folder as per your requirements.
By default the Favorites data folder contains the following views:
- Notifications: To track all notifications generated for tasks that you've created
- Tasks: All tasks you've created such as general tasks, candidate/client follow-ups etc.
- Notes: Notes that you've added for yourself related to your work items, questions, ideas, reminders etc.
- Files: Disk files related to your recruitment work that you've added to RBox. For e.g. research done on an industry/domain for which you're recruiting, files with links to additional candidate sources, client details etc.
