Preparing Resume Data from Email in Microsoft Outlook

Summary
This document explains how to import resume files in bulk from Microsoft Outlook Personal Folder (.pst) files. 

You may require to do this in case you want to migrate your existing resume data in the form of email attachments existing in your MS Outlook mail into the RBox database.

1. Process
The process for importing resume data in bulk from Microsoft Outlook PST files into RBox broadly involves the following steps:

a. Exporting the attachment files from messages in your Outlook folders to a folder on your computer hard disk using the ‘Export Attachments’ option in the PSAN Outlook Addin.

b. Importing exported resume files from the computer hard disk into RBox using the ‘Import Resume from Desktop’ option.
