2.2 In the Login dialog, you need to enter your PSAN Login ID and password. But before that, verify that your application account is correctly set in the option. To do this, click on the 'Advanced Options' button.
In the Advanced Options, you can see that the PSAN Server name is already set as “psan.platinasoft.com”.
From the PSAN Application drop down, select "RBox'' and click on Save.
In the Login dialog, enter your PSAN Id and Password and click on the ‘Login’ button.
2.3 Now again in the PSAN Addin bar, point to the ‘PSAN’ drop-down menu and select the ‘Configuration’ option. The ‘Resume Transfer’ dialog will come up.
2.4 In case you need to skip messages received from certain domains for resume transfer (e.g. mail from your clients, service providers, social media groups etc.) click on the ‘Message Copy’ tab.
Now, in the ‘Skip messages of other Domains’ section, in the “From: Contains” box, enter the comma-separated list of domains. If you’ve maintained the list of such domains in a text file then you can also copy the contents of that file and paste it in this field.
2.5 Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the settings. The PSAN Outlook Addin configuration is now complete.
