Problem: Outlook Addin does not work/is not visible in Microsoft Outlook

Symptoms

• The PSAN Addin is un-responsive - nothing happens when you click on the controls on the toolbar.
• The PSAN Addin bar is not visible in the MS Outlook toolbar.

Possible Causes & Solutions

• Cause 1: The Addin has got de-activated in MS Outlook.
  
  Solution: Re-activate the PSAN Addin in Outlook. Please refer to the document Re-activating the PSAN Outlook Addin to learn how to do this. 

• Cause 2: The Addin has got de-registered on the system due to an abnormal shutdown of MS Outlook or the computer or because of an unknown internal error.
  
  Solution: Re-register the PSAN Addin components on the computer. Please refer to the document Re-registering Outlook Addin to learn how to do this.

More Information
Sometimes the PSAN Outlook Addin components may get disabled or de-registered on a computer because of abnormal application or system shutdowns. This may lead to the Addin not being visible or not functioning in MS Outlook.
