You can view and manage all Functional Teams from the System Configuration module via an administrative login.
You can perform the following actions:
- View existing teams
- Modify teams: change team name, add/remove members, change team managers, levels, access type.
- Delete functional teams

1. View existing functional teams
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'Team Management' and click on the 'Functional Teams' data view.
- The right-hand pane will display list of all Functional Teams.
- Click on a team name to view its details.
2. Modify a functional team
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'Team Management' and click on the 'Functional Teams' data view.
- The right-hand list pane with display list of existing Functional Teams.
- Click the name of the team in which to make changes. The detail page will come up.
- Make the desired changes to team name, membership, team manager(s) etc.
- Click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
3. Delete a functional team
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'Team Management' and click on the 'Functional Teams' data view.
- The right-hand pane will display list of all Recruitment Teams.
- Tick next to the team to be deleted, point to 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete'.
