The locale and time zone settings enable proper functioning and alignment of the application with your organization and locale scenario.
This includes settings related to default country and time zone, Financial Year starting month etc.

1. Set your organization name in RBox
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Main' data view.
- On the right pane in the 'Basic' section, type your organization name in the 'Organization Name' text box.
2. Set the default country
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Main' data view.
- On the right pane from the 'Default Country' drop-down select the country which you want.
- Click the 'Save' button on the right.
3. Set the default timezone
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Main' data view.
- On the right pane, in the 'Default Time Zone for New User' drop-down select the desired time zone.
- Click the 'Save' button on the right.
4. Enabling/disabling multi-country support
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Main' data view.
- On the right pane, tick the checkbox 'Support Multiple countries' and from the 'Default Country' drop-down select the country which should be displayed by default.
- Click the 'Save' button on the right.
5. Setting Financial year
Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration Navigator, expand 'System Settings' and click on the 'Main' data view.
- On the right pane, from the 'Financial year starts from' drop-down, select the desired start date.
- Click the 'Save' button on the right.
