Possible Causes & Solutions
- Cause 1: You have exceeded your allocated daily quota of mass mail.
Solution: Purchase more mass mail credits in case you need to send out a higher volume of mass mail per day.

You may encounter this issue if you exceed your allocated quota of mass mail per day. For example, if the allocated quota for your account is 250 messages per day, then you may have exceeded this number for the day.
You can verify this by launching the Email Data Viewer from the Tools menu in RBox.
- In the Email Data Viewer, select 'Mass Mail Messages Sent by You'.
- In the screen that comes up, select the 'Outbox' folder. If you see messages pending to be sent in this folder then it indicates they are not being sent by RBox.
