Summary
This document explains how to clear the list of pending messages for resume transfer from the RBox Message Store.
Messages imported into RBox from MS Outlook by PSAN Outlook Addin are stored in the internal message store before the resume content is extracted from them. You may sometimes need to clear this internal list if resumes transfer seems stuck or is taking a long time.
1. Process
1.0 Login to RBox using the login-id of the user to whom the email account in question is assigned. In the main page, point to the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Email Data Viewer’.
1.1 In the ‘Select Email Data Type’ dialog, select ‘Messages transferred from Microsoft Outlook by You’.
1.2 Click on the ‘MS Outlook Messages’ folder. This will show all the messages on which processing is pending.
1.3 Now tick the ‘Select All Messages’ check box and then point to the ‘Folder’ menu and select ‘Delete’. All the messages will now be deleted and moved into the ‘Deleted’ folder.
1.4 Now all pending messages will be visible in the ‘Deleted’ folder. You can now move 1 message at a time from the ‘Deleted’ folder and then try enabling resume transfer from the PSAN Outlook Adding. Attempting to process 1 message at a time will help identify the problem message that is causing the resume transfer to get stuck.
