These are certain common phrases that are wrongly detected as email-ids during resume parsing. Specifying these phrases as skip email-ids enables RBox to ignore these when trying to detect the email-id of a candidate.
You can use this to correct parsing of name and contact details while reducing the need for manual corrections.
For example, if your company information is specified in the header of resumes that your get from your source RBox may incorrectly parse the email-address from the header section. You can avoid this by specifying your company email-Id as a Skip Email-Id.
Skip Email-Ids can be added from the System Configuration module via an administrative user login. You can also view all existing ones and modify these from here.
