Lock-in period for hiding candidates
You can keep newly added candidates hidden from users other than the person adding them for a specific no. of days.

1. Set lock-in period for hiding candidates

Follow these steps via a user login having administrative privileges:
- Point to the Tools menu and select 'System Configuration'.
- In the System Configuration page expand 'System Settings' and click on 'Candidate Management & Search'. - In the right pane, in the 'Candidate Locking' section, tick the checkbox next to 'Exclusively show candidates to the person adding the candidate for' and then select the no. of days from the 'days' drop-down.

- Click the 'Save' button.
