The Candidate Leads category enables managing candidate lead information collected via headhunting, public lead generation activities such as candidate walk-ins, job fair events etc.
Candidate Leads are of 2 types:
- Walk-in: Lead information generated via direct walk-ins, public events such as job fairs etc. These are visible to all users in RBox regardless of the user adding them.
- Headhunting Lead: Candidates who you’ve sourced via headhunting, (for e.g. referrals, from websites or other sources). By default, these are private to the user who’s added them.
All candidates that you add as Walk-ins and Headhunting leads are maintained in the Candidate Leads category and are not part of the public database by default.
RBox automatically converts them into full candidates when a soft-copy of such candidates’ resume is added (based on the key details such as name, contact details etc.).
You can also manually convert them into full candidates using the ‘Make Full Candidate’ option.
Use the Candidate Leads feature to efficiently track headhunting/lead generation activity within the team and ensure you do not miss out on good prospective candidates.
